Accommodations – Suites
ALL (5) guest suites with private baths are located on the second floor.
Single and double occupancy rate (Room Rates (USD American Dollars)

Maximum occupancy 2 registered adults per suite
Occupancy limited to registered guests only
We are unable to accommodate extended stay guests
While in the house guests may use the common areas of the house only (Library/Study and Parlor).
Note – The kitchen and supplies cannot be used to consume meals or beverages other than morning breakfast prepared by the innkeepers.

Advance reservations by telephone only must be confirmed with the owners (Monday – Thursday
10 am – 6pm). We are unable to accomodate requests for same day or walk up reservations, inquiries or photos.

Check in – 3 – 7 pm
Check out – 11 am


One on-site parking space available per suite for registered guests only.

Breakfast is included with room rate for registered guests only. Hot breakfast is served at 9 am only in the dining room. Reasonable accommodations can be made for special dietary needs with prior notification at time of  booking. Guests may not order in meals, may not consume meals or drinks in suites or bring outside food in for consumption in the house.

Deposit Required
Full payment is required at time of booking for one (1) night stay. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking for two (2) or more nights, balance due at check in. Full payment required on all bookings less than 7 days in advance. State and local taxes may apply.

Cancellation Policy – Reservations Are Not Transferrable
Regular Reservations – for cancellations 14 days prior to sceduled arrival, guests may receive a room certificate for the amount of initial deposit for a future stay. Cancellations less than 14 days no refund or credit available for future stay.

Guest must reschedule future stay within 30 days of original scheduled arrival subject to availability.
Any changes to reservations must be confirmed with the owner at least seven (7) days prior to arrival. Reservation changes within one week of arrival will be considered cancelled and Cancellation Policy will be in effect.

Special Event Reservations – Payment in full required at time of booking. No refund or credit available for future stay if cancelled.

Inclement Weather – Cancellation Policy will be enforced if early departure is due to inclement weather forecast or other personal events.

Special Events
A Special Event is defined as any event other than a reservation for an overnight stay. A signed contract with agreed terms is required within a minimum of 90 days prior to the event. Telephone contact or inquiry is not considered notice in the 90 day requirement. A maximum of 20 attendees or less allowed, including caterer and wait staff  at guest expense. Any food or drink must be provided by a certified caterer. A curent Certificate of Insurance is required from both the individual making the arrangements and the caterer that will be providing the food and/or drink. Caterer must provide current certification and all of the above must be submitted with the signed contract. Deposits are not refundable if event is cancelled at any time. Please contact us to request a contract, discuss deposits and additional requirements.

NO SMOKING on the Premises
* NO ALCOHOL consumption on the Premises
* NO MEALS or TAKEOUT can be ordered in or brought into the house
* NO DRINKS may be consumed in the suites other than water
* NO VISITORS (please make prior arrangements for drop off and pick up outside the house)
* ONLY registered guests are allowed in the house.
* NO TOURS of the house allowed

NOTE: Violation of any of the above subject to immediate check-out and deposits will be forfeitted. Damages to the suite or items contained within are subject to replacement costs at the guest’s expense.
