Accommodations - Suites
Noted for a peaceful getaway, romantic escape, honeymoons, business travel, small group events.
There are 5 guest suites with private baths
Single and double occupancy rate $125 - $ 175.00 (Room Rates (USD American Dollars)
Maximum occupancy 2 registered adults per suite.

While in the house guests are limited to the common areas of the house (Library/Study and Parlor only) during their visit.
*Note* - The kitchen and supplies are not for guest use and cannot be used to consume meals or beverages.
Parking
One on-site parking space available per suite for registered guests only.
Meals
Breakfast only is included with room rate for register guests only. Hot breakfast is served at 9 am in the dining room. Reasonable accommodations can be made for special dietary needs with prior notification at time of booking upon request. Unable to accommodate ordering food in for any meals. Please review our policy above for scheduling and pricing of special events.
Deposit Required
One (1) night stay - full payment is required. Two (2) or more nights a 50% deposit is required at time of booking, balance due at check in. Full payment required on all bookings less than 7 days in advance. State and local taxes may apply.

Accepted by Woodstock Chamber of Commerce and McHenry County Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Weddings and Special Events
Minimum 90 day notice required; parties of 20 (maximum) or less including caterer and wait staff at guest expense (guest must provide a Certificate of Insurance, proof of caterer's certification and caterer's current Certificate of Insurance). Please contact us to request contract, discuss deposits and additional requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Regular Reservations - for cancellations 14 days prior to sceduled arrival guests may receive a room certificate for the amount of initial deposit. Guest must reschedule future stay within 30 days of original scheduled arrival subject to availability and owner's discretion. Cancellations 14 days or less no refund or credit available for future stay.
Special Event Reservations- Payment in full required at time of booking. No refund or credit available for future stay if cancelled.
*NOTE: Cancellation Policy will be enforced if early departure is due to inclement weather forecast or other personal events.

Check-In/Check-Out
*Check in - 3 - 8 pm - (Check-In after 8 pm requires arrangements prior to arrival.)
We are unable to accommodate check-in prior to 3 pm (no exceptions)
*Check out - 11 am

* NO VISITORS (please make prior arrangements for drop off and pick up outside of the house). Occupancy limited to registered guests only

NOTE: Violation of any of the above subject to immediate check-out and a fine.
Damages to the suite or items contained within are subject to replacement costs at the guest's expense.
